"Indian Women" and "Casual Sex"..an oxymoron in our societies few years back..has taken a back seat today..!..Welcome to this new era where women, who decided to break women-are-emotional-fools concept, as being religiously followed by their mums or grand-mums or grander ones.., have successfully obliterated it..Really?????..

Let me give you a bit of an insight of the definition of "CASUAL SEX"..It means having sex without thinking..without emotions..no strings attached..no questions asked..nothing just sex and "absolutely nothing else at all" that may involve further allegiances..

Women today have led the frontier when it comes to expressing their sexual desires.. In this age of 72-hour after abortion pills, hole proof condoms and the anonymity that comes by working or living in a big city..(where neighbors may fail to notice even a death in the abutted house..!)..the three big fear factors ..PREGNANCY .. HIV ..and SOCIAL ABANDONMENT..have ameliorated..(obviously they don't have to fear if they will get a guy or not..however "not so attractive" she may be..she can always ..(yes always..!!.) manage to get a guy(same quality or above than the girl!) for a night..!!) and consequently women have attacked the undefended territory of this taboo with all guns rolling..!...

For guys it has become a relatively tricky game to play..(though advantageously tricky!!)..Well they have always been taught to initiate as per "girls-are-shy" myth..But today..they are getting laid just by putting their RELATIONSHIP STATUS - SINGLE on FB..or "SEEKING WOMEN FOR DATING, FRIENDSHIP" updates..Today's women love to play the lead..After a simple "Hi!"..the next sentence from her side can be "Your Place or Mine!" ..leaving guys dumbfounded..for good obviously.!...

Another best thing going in their favor..they are not required to get involved in any commitment..(their biggest fear!!)..thanks to our women debouching their WOMEN ARE FREE AND EQUAL TO MEN slogan!!..

So who is happier ..Men Or Women??..

I will vote for Men..Reasons being..They have nothing to lose..(except one thing!;)).. This is one thing they had always wanted and will always want..rather desperately..and now they are getting it without much of an effort..!!..For Women ..I am a bit skeptical regarding their fundamentals regarding this whole CASUAL SEX thing..(NOT INVOLVING ANY THINKING OR EMOTIONS).. For them even if they manage not to think about anything..or question anything about being involved in a CASUAL SEX..they are and will always be seized by constant intriguing crazy queries.."WAS IT BECAUSE I WAS TOO DRUNK DAT I CHOSE THIS GUY??..".."DID HE USE ME..??".."IS HE THINKING THAT I WAS VERY EASY DEED FOR HIM ??.."..blah blah blah!!.. For Guys..They will always be happy to gain the score..You know..They don't "THINK"!!!..

"LIBRA" OR "VIRGO" : WHO AM I???..

THE NEW ENTRANT

Earth has "Wobbled" and now they say that I am a "VIRGO" : Disciplined, Highly Organized, Punctual, Tireless, and (now the most important!) the "PERFECTIONIST"..!!! :O :O)..OMG..Am I???!!.. I dun know..But out of all the sign signs, I am pretty sure that I can be anything but a "VIRGO"..!! ..Come on guys It's been 23 years that have been a "LIBRA"n..an now it is really hard for me to believe that I have Changed for and developed some extraordinary qualities without putting up any extra effort!! It bemuses me, rather confuses me...Who the hell am I???..

THE BACKGROUND STORY..

How Can We Be So Corrupt????

How can we INDIANS be so corrupt?? If there is anything that I can remember of the past year is corruption ... and corruption.. and more of the same!.. So be it the 2G SPECTRUM SCAM (that caused the exchequer, and consequently us, more than $38 billion or Rs. 1,76,000 Crores!) , the IPL SCAM, or the CWG SCAM (Rs. 70,000 crore were spent on the Games, only half or god knows how much less of the amount was actually spent!) to name a few..!(unfortunately!)....How can I even forget the SATYAM SCAM!(The largest scam till date in the Corporate World history that involved a defalcation of Rs. 14000 Crore!!)..There are just too many of them..But these are those which have tarnished, rather decimated, the image of our POLITICIANS, our CORPORATES and our BUREAUCRATS.

Considering the amount of money being embezzled, no wonder we are still a Poor Nation and unfortunately we will always remain the same..Do you guys know that in our country, more than 75% people earn less than $2 a day..even Sub-Saharan Africa, which is one of the world's poorest nation, has that figure under 73%!!!!..I mean..can you believe that..??..At one place we talk about billions of dollars of money being despoiled by people governing us..and on other place we have our 75% population failing to secure even a square-meal..!.. We seriously are a country with UNITY IN DIVERSITY..!!!..

So, what drives our ADMINISTRATORS to plunder "our" money for their own splurge..?? How can they be so Heartless and Malevolent that they don't even spare people living under BPL of their selfish money-minded social scathe??..Probably they are a bunch of really smart people who have mastered the art of be-fooling us..or probably we are a group of 1.1 billion really dopey people..Whichever be the way..we surely are not the winners..

I read an article which described the deplorable state of the Homeless Farmers of Rajasthan that how they have been bereaved of even their minimum basic monthly wages of Rs 2000 per month through MNREGA, the world's largest job program for the poor landless farmers.. It is really disheartening to see such a pitiable state..At least poor must be spared from the disgrace of corruption..They can surely not afford to be a part of these money-making junkets of our administrators..Let them live peacefully, if not happily, for god's sake..

FACEBOOK to SHUT DOWN!!..What The 'Faux'!

OMG..I was astounded to read this news in an article published on the ‘Weekly Worldwide News’, a news-parody website claiming to be the source of “The World’s Only Reliable News." that horrified the Facebook users across the world. The story in the site disclosed that the World Engrossing social networking website Facebook will shut down on Mar 15, 2011, because it has become too stressful to manage it for the founder Mark Zuckerberg.

The American supermarket tabloid Weekly World News claimed that, in a press conference Zuckerberg declared that he would shut down the Facebook by Mar 15 and added, “if users want to see their pictures again, I recommend to take them off the internet. They won’t be able to get them back once Facebook goes out of business.”


However, Zuckerberg, on Saturday, Jan 8, confirmed this is an hoax story. He said, “Oh yea, use some common sense. Also, with a company estimated at being worth over $50 billion, why would anyone even think of suddenly shutting it down.” He added, “it would obviously make sense to sell it off rather than just kill it all together.”

In the year 2010 Facebook generated $2 billion dollars revenue, for the company.
Facebook has successfully raised $500 million in a recent round of funding from Goldman Sachs and Russia's Digital Sky Technologies (DST).

Gawd! How can somebody even think of creating such hoax news..I mean..shutting down Facebook means so many lives becoming "lifeless"!!..Anyway..the news did serve its purpose..It was merely a marketing strategy and consequently the site is overloaded with traffic..!!!

FB: HAPPINESS OUTSOURCED!!

Place: At my office (about 10:15 A.M.)

I switched on my laptop in haste to check my JMET score (an exam conducted by IITs for the admission into the management courses)..I hurriedly opened the site..submitted my registration number..only to find that I missed it by a whisker..:(..Yes I was sad.. extremely dejected.. I wanted to spend some time with myself to bemoan on my decrepit state..But since I was at my office, I couldn't satisfy my wants.... Anyway..I switched to FB instead..!!

I opened up my account to find that my status message was being liked by 4 people and 3 people had liked my new Display Pic... It made me happy..almost immediately!!!!!...:):)

Everyday when I switch on my laptop to start my work at my office, the first default thing I do is..check my FB account..for the new updates..new notifications.!!..It felicitates me when I find my status message being 'LIKE'd by many people..!! I can't even describe the amount of self satisfaction I acquire to see my blog being 'LIKE'd and 'SHARE'd by my friends..!!:)..I mean seriously..."LIKE"s and good Comments..they just make my day!!..
And it is not just only me..I am pretty sure that FB is having a very similar impact on almost all of you guys too!!

Face Book has come up like a phenomenon in our lives..and today it actually owns the power to impact our emotions..!..So many APPLICATIONS are there to cheer us up!!..So if you don't know what kind of guy/girl you want as your Life Partner..then the FB APLLICATION will definitely help-you-cum-cheer-you up!!.. if you are worried about your marriage, then some application will be telling you "the date of your marriage"..!!!..There is another application which will regularly tell you amazingly placating stuff regarding your "PERSONALITY"..!!...All these things..they do make us happy..don't they??!!...

I recently read an article which said that 750 million pics were uploaded on FB during the New year weekend!!.. Obviously it is not a surprise considering the reach of FB ..but still guys..750 million is in itself a staggering figure..which validates that we love to share our moments of happiness with FB..!

We can say what we want everyone to listen through our status messages..FB gives us the freedom to expand our ideas...to reach even those people whom we probably would never ever would have even dared to talk to!!...FB gives us the power to be what we are not..or what we probably can never be in our real lives!!!..

This phenomenon of disguised happiness is something that we all follow rigorously.. And why not..??... "Someone" is offering me to outsource my Happiness without charging me a single penny..even the foolish of fools will know that this deal is like Grist to the mill..!

"HAPPY" New Year???!! ..

Time : 10:30 PM (based on memory!)

My cell phone vibrated and I extended my hand to grab my mobile..There was a message saying.." A very Happy New Year to you!"...I smiled and accepted that wish..But that simple message left an intrigued blotch in my memory.."How can the new year be really a HAPPY new year??.."

At every year's end, we get together with our family and friends..we celebrate with all the zeal and rapture and enthuse ourselves wishing a really "NEW" new year.. We begin the new year with New Proclaimed Promises..New Optimistic Approaches towards our lives..New RESOLUTIONS..New hopes..etc. etc. Everything looks so raw and new to us..

But then..gradually the year progresses..we try to walk the line of the NEW IDEAS we had conjured..somehow we walk everywhere but on the line..!!..Our so called resolutions are withheld for a few weeks before they are obliterated in our own disguised "RESOLUTIONS ARE MADE TO BE BROKEN" world!.. And slowly and steadily.. every thing returns back to normal.. and we are back to our normal selves..not optimistic..not exhorted..and obviously not enthused and enraptured..!!.. And then when suddenly we are at the brink of collapse out of our mismanaged miseries..we have another NEW YEAR in the pipeline!!..and the vicious circle of life continues..!!!..

So basically the question is that how can we actually have a new year a "HAPPY NEW YEAR!"??..The only thing which I believe is required is "RESPECTING OURSELVES"..If we can respect our decisions..our promises..then I believe that we can do whatever we want to do.. That is the only way we can make our desires turning into reality..Our resolutions turning into successes.. Otherwise Time is a Cruel Sympathetic, But Not An Empathetic, Friend..! It will bring back the disguised happiness to you again and again..Many of us will be disguise-smitten... successful ones will elude with the Happiness..

Every Year There Will Be A New year.. Let's promise to ourselves to convert it into a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I Blame My Education System..

It feels so "different"..Well, It's been 3 months that I wrote my last post!!..Gawd!..So many exams..!!..Anyway.. here I am with my brand new post!..

It happened last month when I was checking out myself on a car's side-view mirror that a kid, probably be 5 or 6 years old, passed beside me. He grabbed my leg and said.."Excuse me..UNCLE!!".. I immediately looked down..gave him a contemptuous stare..!..and then again I checked my own self..diligently!.."Gawd.. Have I grown that old!!???".

Let me explain you guys a bit. I don't have any problem with my increasing age or its physical implications. As a matter of fact I prefer people to consider me older than my actual age, prudent, and consequently maturer..!..:).. The reason that incident struck me so badly was that it made me question myself.."Dude..you are 23..What have you achieved??.."..and the question was followed by questions marks..and nothing else..

I mean seriously, what have I achieved till now..??..and even if I have not..then am I really working to acquire or achieve anything..Do I aspire to reach a destination..Or..let me simplify the question.."DO I EVEN HAVE A DESTINATION????"..

I was 15 when I I needed to choose my stream in school..I chose science without even knowing why I was choosing it.. I finished my schooling at 17 and I never knew what i wanted to do.. I went to a premier engineering college without even knowing if I wanted to be an engineer.. and today I am standing in front of me ..still seeking a destination..

Whom should I blame?..I won't blame myself or my parents for today as both of us did whatever we were made to believe was the necessity and the trend.. I will blame my EDUCATION for not directing me to a fixed source..I will blame my EDUCATION SYSTEM for failing to channelize my imaginations and obliterating them with insignificant "LABORIOUS STUDY".. and making me and my parents live in a fool's paradise..

Just tell me guys..that how many of you are actually walking on the line drawn by your own self??..

Today when I think of kids going to "SCHOOLS" carrying those arduous books..or to "ENGINEERING COLLEGES" without knowing the very purpose of going there..my heart is filled with commiseration..and for our EDUCATION SYSTEM today..I see a Countenance more in Sorrow than in Anger..
